Yahoo Answers has a collection of basic computer questions and answers. It is similar to Experts Exchange but on a more basic level.  If you have a question on the fundamentals of computers you will want to give Yahoo! Answers a try.

Experts-Exchange
Experts-Exchange has a huge collections of questions and anwers.  It is one of the few places you have to pay to participate.  But the number of experts willing to answer questions is abundant.  It's worth every penny.

DriverGuide
DriveGuide is a mostly free collection of drivers.  You really only need to use this website for the hard to find drivers.  Otherwise you should visit the hardware manufacturers website for driver downloads.  Also note, a small selection of drivers on DriverGuide you have to be a member to download.  This requires a small subscription fee.
